Arguably the most obscure film I’ve ever looked at. A Canadian cyberpunk thriller which demonstrates the possibilities and magic of low-to-no budget film-making.
I’m planning to showcase more independent films in these reviews. Don’t worry…there will still be plenty of pervert window cleaners, burning reporters and dolphins in robes; but also more incredibly talented people who are regrettably easy to overlook.
