The Shield – Series Review (Take a Weekend off from the Box Office)
Let’s see, let’s look at the upcoming releases this weekend. Warcraft’s out and TMNT 2. People, do I need to tell you that those are two hours you won’t get back?
How about this?
Stay home, get some popcorn and enjoy a series that started off the golden age of television along with Oz, The Sopranos and this, The Shield.
It was also a time of the Anti Hero. Michael Chiklis’s Vic Mackey, belongs right up there with Tony Soprano and Walter White.
This is one of the realest TV series and worlds you will ever be immersed in. Thanks to the overall brilliance of the writing and acting. This show deserves a bigger following, and all it takes is the first episode.
