This fish out of water story showcases an amateur comedian as she deals with some of the worst types of comedy personalities: a hipster bartender, a bitter host, a cliquey crowd, and friends that don’t get her humor. On top of her awkward encounters, she’s facing a major crisis in her career: Does she create what the status quo wants or to stay true to her own voice?
After a successful festival run and a couple awards with this female written and produced short, the team are excited to have released this short film to the public! Hopefully it will provide as many laughs as it did along the way at its various screenings around the US.
