Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Begins
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has begun production with principal photography beginning at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta.
Guardians Vol. 2 has been written and directed by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy) and the Guardians from the first movie are all returning, along with some new faces including Kurt Russell, Chris Sullivan and Elizabeth Debicki.
The first movie was a summer hit bringing in over $770 million worldwide at the box office and has became the most successful debut movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Fans of the first movie will also be excited to know that we will be getting an all new soundtrack in the form of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2’. The team are set to continue to unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage and continue on their adventures.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to hit cinemas in the US on May 5, 2017.
