Ghostbusters Animated Movie Gets Its Director
The much talked about Ghostbusters reboot from Paul Feig has not yet hit theaters but things are already moving forward for the animated movie. Sony and Ivan Reitman have landed commercials director Fletcher Moules.
Fletcher Moules has most recently been responsible for the Clash of Clans commercials but has also had movie experience working on The Matrix and Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones among others.
The project was announced in autumn but little has been revealed since. It is clear that plans are in place to expand the Ghostbusters universe, with Dan Aykroyd working alongside Reitman to oversee everything in the Ghostbusters franchise.
This is not the first venture into animation for the paranormal exterminators, having previously starred in their own tv show ‘The Real Ghostbusters’ which aired from 1986-1991 and ‘Extreme Ghostbusters’ which aired late in 1997.
