Fantasy Cop Thriller Bright Signs Suicide Squad Members
Suicide Squad star Will Smith and director David Ayer must have enjoyed working together as they have both just signed on for supernatural cop thriller ‘Bright’.
There is not a lot known about Bright other than it is set in a fantasy type world where Orcs and Fairies exist. It is thought that is not going to be in our current time period, so maybe by a film-noir type setting in the vein of ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit might be possible?
Joel Edgerton is also in talks to co-star in the movie, but no word yet on if he has signed. The script has been gaining some serious attention though.
The movie is based on a script by Max Landis, best known for ‘Chronicle’ and ‘American Ultra’, and is reportedly being re-written by David Ayer.
